What is your service area?

How quickly can you buy my house?

Our deals typically close between 7 and 30 days.  A closing date is chosen with input from the seller.

Do I have to move as soon as you buy my house?

Typically, a house is vacated upon purchasing.  However, we understand that you may need a little bit of time to move.  In this case, we can work out a “Temporary Lease Agreement”.  We know moving is no fun.  We try our best to make this process as hassle and stress free as possible.

What do you charge for services?
